The Workplace Relations Commission found eight complaints by Noemi Diana against Iannelli Catering Ltd Nino's not well-founded and established no contravention. Diana did not attend the hearing, where two witnesses for the respondent appeared; the adjudicator said no evidence was presented in support of the claims.
