The Workplace Relations Commission found Emma Dillon’s Payment of Wages complaint against Jms International Holdings t/a Shanahan's on the Green not well founded after she failed to attend a hearing. The decision was dated 7 July 2025. Dillon alleged she had not been paid the full amount due. She requested a postponement because of unforeseen work commitments, but did not provide supporting documents or attend. The respondent also missed the hearing, although the adjudicator found it had notice. The complaint therefore ended without the wage allegation being decided on its evidence.
