The Workplace Relations Commission rejected Aidan Hussey’s complaint that Capita Customer Solutions ltd had not paid his accrued annual leave. Adjudication Officer Patsy Doyle dated the decision 7 July 2025, finding the outstanding leave had been paid when Hussey left the job. Hussey said leave requests had been denied and seven hours remained untaken. Capita said he accrued 60.27 hours and had been paid €904.68 rather than €783.29, an overpayment it would not pursue. Doyle found no contravention of the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997 and said the claim was not well founded.
