The Workplace Relations Commission has directed Jms International Holdings Ltd t/a Shanahan’s On The Green to pay former employee Cormac Thunder €4,272.74 gross after partly upholding his Payment of Wages Act complaint. The decision was dated 30 July 2025. Thunder alleged he was owed wages for his final week and six weeks’ notice pay. The WRC relied on his uncontested evidence and employment records; the company did not attend the hearing despite notice.
