WRC rejects tutor’s complaints against Deonach Tallaght Probation Project

The Workplace Relations Commission rejected three complaints by Maureen McHugh against Deonach Tallaght Probation Project. Adjudication Officer Breiffni O’Neill dated the decision 8 May 2025. McHugh alleged breaches concerning written employment terms, discrimination and workplace health and safety. The officer found the terms and safety complaints not well founded after McHugh did not attend in time to give evidence; separately, the officer found she had not established a discrimination case. The respondent presented no evidence.
