The Workplace Relations Commission ordered Coffey Healthcare to pay Maria Alina Nemes €2,400 gross in unpaid commission, within 42 days, after finding her Payment of Wages Act complaint well-founded. The decision was dated 26 March 2025. Nemes, an area sales manager, said her final payment omitted contractual commission. Coffey Healthcare did not attend the hearing despite receiving notice. Adjudication Officer Jim Dolan accepted Nemes’s account.
