The Workplace Relations Commission rejected Pravish Jogee’s unfair-dismissal complaint against Icts (Ireland) Limited, finding the company’s disciplinary process fair and his dismissal reasonable. Adjudication Officer Pat Brady’s decision was dated 26 March 2025. ICTS said it dismissed Jogee for gross misconduct after a passenger incident involving allegations that he withheld a passenger’s passport, concealed his work ID and made recordings at work. Jogee challenged the investigation and disciplinary process, alleging incomplete evidence gathering and unfairness. The WRC found no evidence of bias and said the investigation and disciplinary hearing gave grounds for dismissal. The separate penalisation complaint was withdrawn at the hearing. No monetary award was recorded.
