The Workplace Relations Commission ordered Elaine T Clarke And Co Limited Clarke's Careplus Pharmacy to pay former employee Maria Fitzpatrick €300 after finding it failed to provide required written employment terms. Adjudication officer David James Murphy issued the decision dated 17 September 2025. Fitzpatrick also complained that five of six weekly paydays were late, that two weeks' wages were outstanding when she referred the case, and that accrued annual leave was paid late. The WRC found those wage and leave complaints not well founded; it found both written-terms complaints well founded. The respondent accepted it had not provided the particulars and apologised.
