WRC rejects former Ttec worker’s bonus and leave deduction complaint

The Workplace Relations Commission found Tommy Tropp’s complaint against Ttec Customer Care Management (Ireland) Limited not well founded in a decision dated 11 March 2025. Tropp said his final pay included unlawful deductions and that he was owed a bonus; the company said it had paid all sums due. The adjudicator found Tropp had not met both targets required by the bonus scheme, so the bonus was not properly payable. The company had also deducted just under three days of annual leave after he took more leave than he had accrued; the contract allowed it to recover that overpayment from final salary. No award was recorded.
