The complaint alleged a failure to provide employment details under the Terms of Employment (Information) Act 1994. Adjudication Officer Donal Moore dated the decision 5 March 2025. Dawson did not attend to give evidence or make out the complaint. The respondent and its representative attended, and the officer was satisfied Dawson had notice of the hearing.
