The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) ruled it had no jurisdiction to hear Biyi Abiola’s complaint against Primtac Ltd alleging unpaid wages from March 2021 to July 2023. The law allows six months to file, with a possible extension for reasonable cause subject to a further six-month limit.
