The Workplace Relations Commission found three complaints by Umarjon Muradov against Bgs Security Limited trading as Bgss well founded and awarded him €58,855 under the security-sector Employment Regulation Order (ERO). The decision was dated 13 March 2025.

The adjudication officer found that the ERO covered both parties and set a minimum hourly rate of €14.50. He found wages properly due to Muradov had not been paid and that he had not received a copy of his written employment terms. The respondent did not attend the hearing.

The WRC also awarded €3,712.84 for unpaid wages, less lawful deductions, and €1,200 for the failure to provide written terms. In setting the ERO award, the officer deducted the overlapping wages award.
