The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) ordered Pjb Management Limited to pay Kelly Douglas €4,930 after upholding her complaint that the company withheld wages, notice pay and accrued holiday pay. Adjudication Officer Penelope McGrath’s decision was dated 14 March 2025. Douglas’s separate complaint about written employment terms was not well founded. The company denied breaching her statutory rights. The officer found it had frozen remuneration after Douglas gave notice on 20 May 2024 and declined her offer to work the notice period. She was owed pay for 14 days worked, 10 days in lieu of notice and eight days of accrued annual leave.
