The Workplace Relations Commission declined jurisdiction over Greta Ivanova’s complaint against Mainline Links under the Payment of Wages Act, dated 8 July 2025. Ivanova alleged duplicate €28 transport deductions, an unreimbursed €19 rental-deposit balance and lost pay after she was not taken to work. Ivanova said a Bulgarian labour authority had arranged to send her complaint in time. The respondent said it was out of time and denied unlawful deductions. The WRC found no evidence it received the complaint before November 2024 and made no finding on the alleged deductions.
