She claimed €465.45 in unpaid wages, €39.15 in bank-holiday pay and €676.91 in holiday pay. The respondent did not attend the hearing, although the adjudicator found it had notice. Based on Pineda’s uncontested evidence, the adjudicator found the sums were properly payable.
