The Workplace Relations Commission found that a food industry company did not discriminate against an it employee who alleged gender and disability discrimination, harassment, victimisation and a failure to provide reasonable accommodation. Adjudication Officer Thomas O’Driscoll dated the decision 2 December 2025. The employee said her manager treated her unfairly, refused occasional homeworking during health flare-ups and made an offensive remark. The company denied the allegations, saying her IT support role required her to work on site and occupational health reports found her fit for work. The officer found no evidence linking the alleged conduct to a protected ground. He also found no proven failure to accommodate and no disability-related disadvantage in her employment terms. The complaint was not well founded.
