The Workplace Relations Commission found a working-time complaint by Ms Elena Ciobanu against OCS One Complete Solution Limited was not well-founded. Adjudication Officer Eileen Campbell dated the decision 2 December 2025. Ciobanu alleged the company breached the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997. She attended an earlier hearing but did not appear at the rescheduled hearing and had not sought a postponement. The company attended, but no evidence from it was required in her absence.
