The Workplace Relations Commission found James Mc Cann’s complaint against Palmaris Ltd. T/A Palco was not well founded. Mc Cann alleged he was owed a week’s wages after leaving his plumber job, along with payment for two extra hours; he also raised €375 in non-taxable expenses. The company denied making an unlawful deduction. Adjudication officer Máire Mulcahy found the evidence did not show he was paid for only 5.5 weeks, and said the alleged €807 was not a properly payable sum. The decision was dated 15 January 2026.
