The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) found Liviu Catalin Matei’s complaint under the Terms of Employment (Information) Act 1994 against Elle Mac Limited was not well founded after he failed to attend the hearing. The company was represented at the hearing. WRC Adjudication Officer Catherine Byrne dated the decision 26 May 2025. Byrne was satisfied Matei had been informed in writing of the hearing arrangements on 1 April 2025.
