The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed Logan Mouamba’s complaint against Catering Crew Hospitality over alleged unpaid wages, finding it not well founded after he failed to attend the hearing. Adjudication officer Brian Dalton dated the decision 14 January 2025. Mouamba had claimed €190.50 for work on two dates. He emailed that the matter had been dealt with but did not withdraw the complaint; neither he nor the company attended the hearing. The decision did not determine whether the alleged arrears had been paid.
