WRC rejects Branko Drasinac’s terms complaint against Milano

The Workplace Relations Commission found Branko Drasinac’s complaint against Agenbite Limited T/A Milano not well founded. The decision was dated 5 February 2025. Drasinac said revised employment terms removed paid breaks, night pay and overtime pay. The WRC extended the time limit to consider his complaint, then found no breach in how the change to his terms was notified. The decision says the paid 15-minute break was the only change that affected him.
