It awarded €1,040 for two weeks’ notice, €200 for 16 hours of unpaid wages and €1,652 for accrued holiday pay. It also directed statutory redundancy, subject to Kerins’s PRSI contribution status. The employer did not attend the hearing or provide submissions. The decision was dated 5 March 2025.
