The Workplace Relations Commission found all nine complaints by Colleen Lonergan against Infosys Bpm Limited not well founded, including her unfair dismissal and disability discrimination claims. The decision was dated 17 July 2025. Lonergan challenged her dismissal after swearing during a customer call; the WRC found the company was entitled to dismiss her because the conduct could put a client contract at risk. Lonergan also claimed unpaid notice, Sunday premium, overtime, bonus payments and annual leave. The adjudication officer found that no change to her employment terms requiring written notice had been identified, and that she had not established discrimination. The decision records that the notice payment and accrued annual leave had been paid, that she was not entitled to the later bonus payments, and that the Sunday-work complaint was not established. All nine complaints failed.
