Four pay and working-time complaints dismissed after claimant misses WRC hearing

The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed all four complaints brought by Liana Ogurcova against Mystify Limited, finding them not well founded in a decision dated 27 January 2025. The complaints alleged withheld pay and unpaid annual leave and public holiday entitlements. Ogurcova did not attend the hearing, and the adjudication officer said no case had been presented on her behalf. Mystify also did not attend; it had told the Commission outstanding pay and other matters had been resolved and paid. The officer was satisfied Ogurcova had notice of the hearing. No award was recorded.
