The Workplace Relations Commission rejected Anatolie Popov’s redundancy appeal, equality complaint and two working-time claims against Northway Personnel Limited. Its decision was dated 8 April 2025. The WRC said Popov did not attend the hearing to present his case and the respondent therefore had no case to answer. The respondent also did not attend. The WRC found that it had notified Popov before proceeding in his absence.
