The Workplace Relations Commission has ordered Bgs Security Limited to pay Muhammad Saqlain Ashraf €2668 in compensation after finding his unpaid-wages complaint well founded. The decision was dated 22 November 2024. Ashraf said the sum represented 184 hours at €14.50 an hour. He submitted documentary evidence, and the adjudication officer accepted his account. BGS Security did not attend the hearing.
