The Workplace Relations Commission found Rafael Cruz De Farias’s two Payment of Wages Act complaints against Charlestown Venture Capital not well-founded and made no award. Adjudication Officer Jim Dolan dated the decision 8 May 2025. Neither De Farias nor the company attended the hearing. The WRC said both had been informed in writing of the hearing arrangements. The decision gives no further details of the alleged wage issues.
