The Workplace Relations Commission directed Elite Level Coaching Ltd. to pay Dylan McMahon €2,980 gross after upholding his complaint over unpaid wages and commission. Adjudication Officer Louise Boyle dated the decision 22 November 2024. McMahon said he was promised a monthly salary and commission for work between 10 June and 12 July 2024. The respondent did not attend the hearing. In an email to the WRC, it said it would pay €2,500 by 30 November; the decision does not say that payment was made. The adjudicator found McMahon was engaged under a contract of service, taking account of the control exercised over his work and its integration into the business. She found the wages and commission were properly payable and ordered payment of the gross amount.
