The WRC dismissed a childcare worker’s complaint about a change to her employment terms as frivolous after finding that no change had occurred. Adjudication Officer Patsy Doyle dated the decision 3 December 2024. The worker said she was pressured to set a return date and complete a childcare course while on sick leave. The childcare provider said it had made no change to her terms and that the course related to qualification requirements. The WRC found that both agreed her terms had not changed.
