The Workplace Relations Commission rejected Aoibhinn Keogh’s complaint that a job change removed paid breaks and left her owed alleged wage arrears. In a decision dated 1 September 2025, adjudication officer Michael McEntee found Dublin Airport Authority, Daa Plc had complied with the Payment of Wages Act. Keogh said her new role had been offered at a higher rate including paid breaks; DAA said that rate resulted from a recruitment administration error that was lawfully corrected.
