The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed Anna Jane Ryan’s complaint that Limerick And Clare Education And Training Board failed to pay a higher Deputy Principal’s Allowance. Ryan said the Board had agreed to move her allowance from Category V to Category XII but did not do so. The Board said her contract provided for Category V and that she was paid in full. The adjudicator found the 2022 contract specified Category V and the June 2023 correspondence did not establish an entitlement to higher pay.
