The Workplace Relations Commission found Vasile Butnaru’s Payment of Wages complaint against Contrail Fitout Management was out of time and not well founded. He alleged non-payment for five work periods in 2023. The adjudication officer found the complaint was lodged more than six months after the alleged non-payment and that no evidence supported Butnaru’s explanation for the delay. The decision was dated 13 January 2025.
