The Workplace Relations Commission found against Vincent Moore in his Payment of Wages complaint against Analog Digital Systems. The decision was dated 18 September 2024. Moore said he resigned and was owed €1,800 net in notice pay, as well as payment for annual leave. The adjudication officer said Moore had ended his employment and, without a contract of employment being presented, was not satisfied that notice pay was due. The complaint was not well founded.
