The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) directed Gls - Wilson De Sa to pay Sandra Ryan €870 in unpaid wages and reimburse a €350 deduction for van repairs. Adjudication Officer Michael McEntee dated the decision 30 January 2025. Ryan alleged that after an accident involving the company van, she received no further work and was left unpaid for April. The WRC found that April wages were unpaid and that the repair deduction had not been agreed. Both Payment of Wages Act complaints were upheld. The respondent did not attend the hearing and provided no mitigating explanation.
