The Workplace Relations Commission awarded Eros Santos €325 in compensation after finding Das Vision Limited paid him €15 an hour despite a contract setting his rate at €16 from 25 September 2023. Adjudication Officer Penelope McGrath dated the decision 15 January 2025. Das Vision Limited denied unlawful deductions, said annual leave was paid and maintained Santos left voluntarily. The WRC rejected his minimum-notice complaint because he had not proved it, and found his annual-leave complaint was not well founded.
