The Workplace Relations Commission found Sogo Emmanuel Ogunmola’s wage complaint against Bgss Security not well founded, after the same matter had already been decided in his favour against BGS Security Limited. The decision was dated 9 July 2025. The adjudication officer said Ogunmola accepted that Bgss Security was not his employer. After the hearing, he made no further submission or request to resume it.
