The Workplace Relations Commission found Hsin-te Wang’s complaints against Dining Experiences Ltd. under the Terms of Employment (Information) Act and the Payment of Wages Act not well founded after Wang did not attend the hearing. The merits were not decided. The WRC decision, dated 21 February 2025, says neither Wang nor the respondent attended the hearing. Adjudication officer Jim Dolan concluded there was no evidence to the contrary and found both complaints not well founded.
