The Workplace Relations Commission has ordered The Food Point Limited to pay Patrícia Gasperini €1,469.64 for unpaid November salary and accrued annual leave. Adjudication officer Ewa Sobanska dated the decision 7 February 2025. The WRC found no jurisdiction over her minimum-wage complaint because she had not requested an average hourly rate statement; this was not a substantive ruling on alleged underpayment. Her Sunday-work complaint was rejected after she said she did not work Sundays. Her claim for payment in lieu of notice was also rejected because she had not worked the 13 weeks required for statutory minimum notice.
