The Workplace Relations Commission rejected all five complaints brought by Oleksandra Dudurych against the Department of Education. Adjudication Officer Catherine Byrne’s decision was dated 5 December 2024. The Department was found not to be the employer for claims about written terms and repeated termination of a fixed-term contract. The WRC also found that wages for the October 2023 midterm break had been paid and that Dudurych had no entitlement to summer 2024 holiday pay after leaving the school in January. A payslip showed €5,063.20 in wage arrears had already been paid.
