The Workplace Relations Commission rejected Ganna Polishchuk’s complaint that Accenture Limited discriminated against her because of her age in promotion and pay. The decision was dated 28 April 2025. Polishchuk said younger colleagues were promoted ahead of her and paid more for like work. Accenture said she lacked the required qualification when they were promoted and was paid according to her grade. The adjudication officer found that the promotion delay was not linked to age and that the complaint could not succeed.
