The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) declined jurisdiction over Mark Cafferkey’s Payment of Wages Act complaint against Cpl Solutions Ltd, which sought unpaid salary progression and holiday pay. Adjudication Officer Davnet O'Driscoll’s decision was dated 2 September 2025. Cafferkey claimed €1,803.08 in salary shortfall and payment for 10 days of holiday leave. The WRC found his employment ended on 30 June 2022 and it received his complaint on 1 February 2024, outside the statutory time limit. It therefore did not decide whether the amounts were owed.
