WRC finds no prohibited conduct in Liam Hogan’s Equal Status complaint

The Workplace Relations Commission found no prohibited conduct in Liam Hogan’s Equal Status complaint against Mars Capital Mar Capital Finance Ireland Dac, after Hogan did not attend the hearing or present evidence. The decision was dated 19 March 2025. The respondent attended with representation and four witnesses. Hogan’s representative had said she lacked notice, though a document she sent to the respondent’s representative confirmed notice of a March hearing. No documentary confirmation sought by the adjudication officer was received by 14 March, and the officer said the evidence did not establish a presumption of prohibited conduct.
