The Workplace Relations Commission ordered Amr Management Services Limited to pay Ibrahim Daheb €2,900 in unpaid wages and €1,000 compensation for failing to provide written employment terms. The decision was dated 28 May 2024. Daheb said he worked as a security guard for AMR and was not paid for completed shifts. He also said he signed a contract but never received written terms. He said he received payslips from Hoxha Foods, and filed a separate WRC claim against that company. AMR did not engage with the WRC or attend the hearing. The WRC upheld both claims based on the uncontested evidence.
