Amy Black was found entitled to statutory redundancy pay from Parnells Gaa Club Limited, based on her service from 17 March 2017 to 14 May 2022 and gross weekly wages of €550, subject to her PRSI contribution status. The WRC found Black’s complaints about unpaid wages, holiday pay and public-holiday pay were out of time, so it had no authority to examine their merits. It extended the deadline for her redundancy complaint after finding it reasonable for her to wait while the club said it was awaiting Revenue information. The WRC found the club had ceased operations where she worked. A mobile aviation complaint was withdrawn, and a duplicate redundancy complaint was closed.
