The Workplace Relations Commission found that Stacey Moloney had not been constructively dismissed because she remained employed by TTM Healthcare. The decision was dated 2 May 2024. Moloney said she left her role at a temporary refugee centre because of the manager’s conduct. She had been promoted to deputy manager and was later appointed to a different site. The decision says the manager moved from TTM Healthcare to work with Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council in October 2023. The adjudication officer said Moloney had a grievance about her treatment and how her employer handled it, but found that she was not dismissed. Her unfair dismissal complaint was not well founded.
