WRC dismisses Jacob Benarros Neto’s complaints against government department

The Workplace Relations Commission found the Department of Public Expenditure National Development Plan Delivery and Reform had no case to answer in complaints brought by Jacob Benarros Neto. It ruled the complaints not well founded in a decision dated 8 May 2026. The complaints included claims under equal status, employment information, charities, health and employment equality laws. The Department said it had not employed or interacted with Neto, and that the Civil Service Appeal Board operated independently. The adjudicator found the Department had no interaction with him; the decision does not give separate findings on each complaint.
