The Workplace Relations Commission ordered National Parents Council Post Primary Npcpp to pay Kirsty Moore €2,907.69 for seven weeks of unpaid wages and €1,500 for unpaid annual leave. Both complaints were upheld in a decision dated 4 April 2024. Moore worked part time as a communications officer and earned €1,800 a month. She said she was not paid after 31 August 2023, after the organisation told her that Department of Education funding was being withdrawn and it would eventually be dissolved.
