The Workplace Relations Commission directed Clarity Engagement Solutions to pay John Bird €5,772.75, less lawful deductions, after finding his unpaid wages and holiday pay complaint well founded. The decision was dated 12 January 2024. Bird said he had not received his wages for February and March 2023 or pay for three days of annual leave. The company accepted that the wages and holiday pay were unpaid. The award is equivalent to two months’ salary and the outstanding holiday pay.
