The Workplace Relations Commission ordered Layer Digital Solutions Limited to pay Daniel Tilsed €16,666.68 in gross wages owed for April, May and part of June 2023. The decision was dated 9 February 2024. Tilsed, a business analyst, said he had not been paid and resigned after being told the company was seeking investment. The WRC found the wages were properly payable. It also found that a duplicate complaint was not well founded and that another complaint was out of time.
