The Workplace Relations Commission found it lacked jurisdiction to hear Sarah Saha’s complaint against Emex Software Limited over alleged unpaid wages and bonuses. The decision, dated 10 September 2024, said the alleged deductions fell outside the six-month period the WRC could consider, so the merits were not decided. The company conceded that it owed Saha money. The adjudicator accepted that about €280,000 was owed, but said it was unclear how much related to wages and bonuses rather than moving expenses. Saha’s employment ended on 9 December 2022, and she lodged her complaint on 29 July 2023. No award was recorded.
